Restaurant - Buffet Steward
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year dining experience (from restaurant/hotels/cruise ship). Good knowledge of international menus, basic knowledge of international wines. Good/Fluent English language skills
- Passport valid for at least 12 months
- C1/D US Visa - we assist you with the application
- Recognized Medical Certificate – we assist you with the appointment

Customer Satisfaction
1. Provides a positive first impression to every passenger through a warm, welcoming individual greeting; always maintains a spotless and professional appearance.
2. Observes and identifies passengers’ service needs and offers appropriate responses without the customer having to ask.
3. Demonstrates to every passenger that his or her satisfaction is our top priority by immediately acknowledging every request, reporting issues immediately to Supervisor as appropriate, responding promptly and effectively to resolve any service request or concern, and following up to ensure passenger satisfaction.
4. Always leaves a positive last impression by providing a genuine and warm closing to the service.
Product Delivery and Standards
1. Always maintains a visible profile and is available to graciously assist passengers during food and beverage service.
2. Always ensures proper setup and presentation of assigned service area in line with all Company standards.
3. Maintains and restocks assigned service area in alignment with Company standards at all times.
4. Consistently processes passenger sales accurately using the Micros systems.
5. Verifies that all bar receipts are signed correctly and indicate the passenger name and folio number, ensuring accuracy at all times.
Safety and Compliance
1. Always follows all Company guidelines, policies, and procedures, including USPH protocols.
2. Always supports onboard resources and responses during increased sanitation levels driven by outbreak situations.
3. Always follows timekeeping rules and creates accurate ILO records.
4. Always notifies Supervisor of any non-compliance with the RSA Program.
5. Always arranges the garbage separation system according to established procedures.
6. Attends regular training and applies information to maintain knowledge of products.
